THE WEATHER IS forecast to be picture perfect as Oregon State opens up its conference schedule with Arizona State, whom the Beavers have defeated in three of the last four games. However, they're not favored by much, indicating that Vegas has taken notice of the Sun Devils coming oh-so-close to knocking off two ranked teams in their past two games.
