The Beavers did not let up after halftime, either, gliding along at 60.7 percent in the second half.
Jared Cunningham led all scorers with 27 points to move the Beavs into the semifinals of the College Basketball Invitational.
Angus Brandt scored 22 points for Oregon State (21-14), while Devon Collier added 19 points and Joe Burton chipped in 10. Eric Moreland added 10 rebounds for the Beavers.
Oregon State held TCU to 41.9 percent shooting.
The CBI re-seeds its bracket for the semifinals and decided....that nothing would change. Oregon State will take on Washington State in the semis, with the game held at home in Corvallis. (The other semi features Butler vs. Pitt.)
The meeting with WSU, at Gill Coliseum on Wednesday at 7 p.m., will be the two teams' fourth meeting of the season. OSU dropped both regular season games but won the most recent clash in the Pac-12 tournament.
