The
California Top 100
is led by the nation's premier safety in Murrieta Vista Murrieta's Su'a Cravens.
The USC signee was a U.S. Army All-American and is also the #1-player in the
West 150 for 2013. Northern California's top prospect, Auburn (Calif.)
Placer defensive tackle Eddie Vanderdoes, comes in at #2 in the state.
In the
Arizona Top 50,
cornerback Priest Willis out of Tempe Marcos De Niza leads the way. The
UCLA verbal is one of three future Bruins in the top ten and one of eight
Arizona native's leaving the state.
The
Washington Top 25
has Sammamish Skyline's five-star quarterback Max Browne at the top. The
USC signee is one of two Trojans who are the top-ranked player in their state
out West.
The
Colorado Top 30
boasts Parker Ponderosa offensive guard Chris Fox, a Michigan commit, and the
lone Big Ten commit from Colorado. Four of the top six players in Colorado
are headed to the SEC.
The
Utah Top 40 has an
SEC-bound player leading the way in its final rankings as well, Salt Lake City
Cottonwood passer Cooper Bateman heading to Alabama to play for the Tide,
winners of three of the last four national champions. In fact, the last
school to beat the Tide in a bowl game was Utah, who is getting the #2-ranked
player in the state, Lowell Lotulelei from South Jordan Bingham, and the younger
brother of Utes All-American Star Lotulelei.
The
Oregon Top 20 is
led by a five-star running back from Beaverton Aloha, Thomas Tyner. He is one
of three future Ducks in the top five, followed by West Linn (Ore.) tackle Evan Voeller and Portland (Ore.)
Jesuit center Doug Brenner. Brayden Kearsley, the third-ranked player in
state from Beaverton Aloha, is headed to BYU.
The
Nevada Top 20, as
usual, is topped by a prospect from Las Vegas Bishop Gorman, this year being
four-star
quarterback Anu Solomon. The Arizona verbal is one of seven Gaels in the
top 20, after helping them win another state title, his third as the starting
quarterback.
The
Hawaii Top 15 has
one of the premier linebackers in the country, Honolulu Punahou linebacker Isaac Savaiinaea, ranked number one. From the same school as the Heisman Trophy
runner up, Punahou leads a group that has four players from Honolulu St. Louis
in the top seven, led by offensive lineman Reeve Koehler, a commit to Arkansas.
The
New Mexico Top 5
features a Pac-12 commit in Albuquerque La Cueva defensive end Calvin Allen on
top of its list.
The
Idaho Top 9 has
three Boise State verbals in the top five, including the state's top player, Joe Martarano from Fruitland. Stanford will get the #2-ranked player in the
state in Nampa Columbia tight end Eric Cotton.
