OSU corner Rashaad Reynolds Pac-12 D-POW

RASHAAD REYNOLDS

OREGON STATE cornerback Rashaad Reynolds, by his own admission, didn't have all that great a first half against WSU. But his second half was monstrous, and so much so that he was named the Pac-12 defensive Player of the Week by the conference.

Rashaad Reynolds, a senior from Pacoima, Calif., intercepted two passes, forced two fumbles and recorded six tackles as the Beavers' scored 35 unanswered points in the second half on their way to a 52-24 win over Washington State in Pullman.

He led an Oregon State secondary that had four interceptions in the game (OSU had six total takeaways).

The Beavs lead the Pac-12 with 12 interceptions, which is tied for fourth in the nation.

Reynolds has three interceptions on the year, tied for 19th in the country.

Oregon State plays Cal this Saturday (7:30 pm, ESPN2).
