Beav QB verbals weigh in on Langsdorf reports
BF.C heard back from both future Beaver signal callers Marcus McMaryion and Nick Mitchell through text message.
"Well that's definitely a great honor for Coach Langs…," said McMaryion. "Coach Riley is one of the greatest at his position, I'm sure he will find a replacement for him to not miss a beat. He actually visited my house Thursday and everything is good, nothing (is) affected by Langs' decision."
"It does not affect Nick's commitment at all," said dad Jeffrey Mitchell. "He has a brother that's there (OL Josh Mitchell) and he's been in contact with them…they'll get a new coach, it's not that big a deal."
Mitchell (6-2, 175) is rated three stars and the No. 57 quarterback nationally. He's out of Mt. Si High in Snoqualmie, Wash.
McMaryion is out of Dinuba, Calif. and is also rated three stars. He is ranked the No. 74 quarterback prospect in the land.
