OSU releases depth chart for Portland State

OSU HAS RELEASED their Week 1 depth chart for Saturday’s tilt against Portland State and the Beavs have named their No. 2 QB. But with center Isaac Seumalo out with injury, what’s the starting o-line look like? And what about the interior of the defensive line?

Garrett Weinreich is the starting left guard, which allows the Beavs to plug Sean Harlow at right tackle. LT Gavin Andrews, C Josh Mitchell and RG Grant Bays join them on the No. 1 o-line.

Brent Vanderveen has claimed the No. 2 QB job according to the depth chart, with Luke Del Rio listed third and Kyle Kempt fourth behind starter Sean Mannion.

True freshman Ryan Nall is listed as the No. 5 tight end/h-back and the No. 3 kickoff returner, but it would seem fans will see more of him Saturday than the chart would indicate.

Rahmel Dockery after his first fall camp with the Beavs is listed as the No. 2 flanker (Z) behind Victor Bolden. Dockery is also listed as the No. 1 kickoff returner, with Chris Brown the No. 2, and the No. 2 punt returner behind Bolden.

Grimble had a solid fall camp and it would be a mild surprise if he’s not starting on Saturday at one of the two DT spots. Edwin Delva is listed as the starting right DT.

Garrett Owens is listed as the Beavs’ placekicker with Ian Crist behind him as Trevor Romaine is unavailable for undisclosed personal reasons.
