THE NO. 10 RATED QUARTERBACK in the nation, he holds an offer from Oregon State -- and he's in the Beaver State today. California's Tate Forcier, whose two brothers are quarterbacks at UCLA (Chris) and Stanford (Jason), already holds 30 scholarship offers. The 6-1, 190-pounder is also planning to graduate early and enroll next year in time for spring ball.
