DAY 12: Riley: Mixed results from scrimmage

The Beavs have done plenty of situational scrimmaging this month but Friday in Corvallis saw the first true, good 'ol move-the-chains type of scrimmage of the spring. Ryan Katz was razor sharp, and was part of the tandem delivering the day's play of the day. Lyle Moevao also had his moments, as did safety Bryan Payton. But Mike Riley was, all-in-all, unmoved, saying "nothing looked very good."

Ryan Katz, on his first pass attempt of the live scrimmage, hooked up with Damola Adeniji on a 75-yard touchdown.

But consider Riley unimpressed on the day's overall events.
