CORVALLIS -- A rare evening session on Monday for Oregon State, as assistant Keith Heyward put his cornerbacks through their paces out on the island and to good result. Meanwhile, with Saturday's spring finale looming, a closer look at the receivers and depth. The kicking game heated up Monday, and Lyle Moevao and Sean Canfield were both feeling loose.

The Beavs were in the IPF on Monday night, and Keenan Lewis, as he has all spring, took advantage of learning from a former Beaver great in Heyward.

Working on a zone coverage drill that teaches the corner to take the deep man and to lay off the flat routes, Lewis ran it with aplomb.
