More
IF YOU'RE LIKE US, you can't get enough news, notes and information about all things Beaver football. But with more and more information out there, it's hard to keep track of it all. And it's even more difficult to be able to conveniently gather it all together. No more. Introducing the latest feature from BeaverFootball.com -- one that puts a world of information right at your fingertips.
At the top of the BF.C Insiders football board -- and the free football board as well -- you'll see a new image labeled "Headlines". It looks like this:
Behind this graphic, a world of information for Beaver fans waits.
Click on it and you'll be taken to a page consisting of five links.
The first link is entitled
"Oregon State headlines"
. Click here and the latest 20 feeds on Oregon State football, men's basketball and baseball from BeaverFootball.com, OSUBeavers.com, The Oregonian and The Gazette Times appear, all in an easy to navigate and read format.
The second link on the page is entitled,
"The Blogs"
. Following this link will bring you the latest 20 blog postings from a multitude of sources -- the all new BeaverFootball.com's This and That blog, plus the blogs from the OSU beat writers at The Gazette Times and The Oregonian, plus several more Beaver fan blogs. It's a veritable blogosphere heaven.
Next up,
National College Football Headlines
. Here you'll find the latest 20 headlines from around the nation -- with feeds from ESPN, USAToday, FoxSports, The Bleacher Report and Scout.com.
The fourth link:
Pac-10 Headlines
. Clicking here brings to your desktop the latest 20 football headlines from the Conference of Champions featuring feeds from Pac-10.org, The Bleacher Report and Scout.com.
The final link is
Local Headlines
, which brings you the latest 20 headlines on local sports, not OSU specific, from The Eugene Register Guard, The Oregonian, The Gazette Times, The Portland Tribune and The Statesman Journal.
A world of information for Beaver fans, all in one place, all available at a click of your mouse and brought to you by BeaverFootball.com.
Note: Still a work in progress, we're working out the usual detail or two and we'll also be fine tuning this new feature in the coming weeks in order to make it even better than it is today.
And if you have a feed you think we should include or feedback in general, e-mail us with the link and/or input
here
