OREGON STATE's Academic Progress Rate report was released on Wednesday by the NCAA, and the Beavers surpassed the NCAA target score in every sport.

The football team's rolling four year average improved to 930 from a score of 926 a year ago.

The NCAA benchmark is 925. Schools falling below that mark are subject to possible scholarship penalties.

The Beavs' men's basketball four year rolling average was 936, up a point from last year. OSU Baseball went up by 10 points to a 942 four year average.

This past December, Oregon State placed 15 players on the Pac-10 All-Academic football team, tying them for the most in the conference.

Other Oregon State APR four year rolling averages: men's golf 959, soccer 956, wrestling 934, Women's basketball 930, cross-country 984, gymnastics 978, soccer 970, softball 981, swimming 969, volleyball 979.

The NCAA's APR metric takes into account both academic eligibility and retention, awarding one APR point per semester for a student-athlete staying at the school and another for maintaining academic eligibility.
