Not very many Pac-10 quality athletes come out of Idaho each year and when the staff looks at Idaho it is because they received a tip from a colleague.

There are some diamonds in the rough, but they are few and far between and OSU faces an uphill battle with any quality recruits with Boise State.

But there is some appeal for a player to play in the Pac-10, stay in a small town and live a state with a focus on the outdoors.
