While Montana does not produce many Division I football athletes there are a few diamonds in the rough.  And with Corvallis being a small, outdoorsy type of town it gives kids from the Treasure State a chance to play in the Pac-10, but stay in a small town atmosphere.

Similar to Idaho the coaches do not put too much time and effort into recruiting Montana unless a colleague gives them a tip.
