Another state with fantastic weather and a quickly growing population base which means plenty of talent to choose from both the prep and junior college ranks.

The state with the most hotel rooms in the world produces a couple dozen or so Division I recruits each year and when the Beavers have successfully recruited an Arizonian they have turned out to be some of the best to ever put on a Beaver uniform.

The biggest obstacles that the staff faces in Nevada is the nearby Pac-10 universities in Arizona and California. Plus, the local University of Nevada has an up and coming program.

  • DE Jeff Van Orsow (Foothill HS) - Second team All-Pac-10 selection as a senior
