Q) I am having trouble logging in to my account. What's going on?
There is a variety of reasons that could prevent you from logging in to your account:

There are several reasons why you need a membership account on TheInsiders.com:
Q) What do I need in order to register?
You need a valid email address. Make sure the address you use is an
active account.
Q) Why do you need my email address?
Your address will be used to confirm changes to your account and to
notify you of premium service changes or new service offerings.
Q) How do I change my email address?
Go to My Account under Member Services on any of TheInsiders.com websites.
Put in your new email address and click the Update button.
Q) How do I change my password?
Go to the "My Account" link found under Member Services
on the left-hand column of this site. If you aren't already, log in. Then go
to "Your Member Profile" and make the necessary updates. This is especially
useful for those of you who have recently changed your e-mail address or want
an easier password to remember.
Q) When I try to login, I get an error message saying the email/password
combination is incorrect. What should I do?

Q) What does it cost to register?
There is no cost to register. There is only a cost if you sign up
for any of our premium services.
Q) OK, I have a membership now what do I do?
You can go ahead and use our message boards as a registered user and
purchase any of our premium services.

Q) How do I change my username?
Once you have established a username for your membership account, the username cannot be changed. If you would like a different username, you may create a new membership account and select the desired username for that new account. Every membership account is completely independent. If you purchase premium subscriptions with one account, your other account(s) will not have access to those premium subscriptions unless you purchase subscriptions specifically with the other account.
Q) I am trying to register my username for the message board but keep
getting a message that says my username is already in use. What can I do?
You will need to choose a username that has not already been chosen.
If your preferred username is already in use, try changing it slightly, for
example, by adding a numeral to the end of it.
Q) I registered for an account on ezboard. How do I change the account's
email address or password?
You may change your account's email address or password by logging
in to the account on TheInsiders.com and then clicking My Account under Member
Services in the left navigation menu.

Q) How do I cancel my subscription?
Click the "My Account" link in the upper right of the front page of the site. Login if prompted, then click the "My Subscriptions" link. To cancel any subscriptions, click the "Cancel this subscription" link that appears directly below the pertinent subscription, then follow the instructions on the ensuing confirmation page.
Q) I cancelled; do I get a refund?
Per our terms of service, we do not offer refunds. We are following the industry standard.
Your subscription will be discontinued on your next anniversary date. Account
status information is available by clicking on the "My Account" link
in the upper right of the front page of the site. Login if prompted, then click
"My Subscriptions" to view subscription status.

Q) What’s the difference between the (College) Club and Total
Access Passes?
The Club Pass allows you access to all content on all college team sites, plus the premium message boards(s) for the site on which you subscribed. The Total Access Pass allows you access to all content on all college and NFL team sites, all recruiting content including the Scout player/roster database, all high school and expert sites. A free subscription to TheInsiders.com Recruiting Yearbook is a benefit to all annual Total Access Pass college team subscribers.

Choose the annual Total Access Pass and you will get a page showing how much prorated credit you will receive.

No, the three-month option is temporarily unavailable to new customers
only. If you already have purchased the three-month Pass, you can keep it.
