Oregon State and Hawaii played...
Dec. 2, 2006 at Honolulu, HI - Oregon State 35, #24 Hawaii 32
It was supposed to be Colt Brennan's record-setting night that would help
his chances of being named a Heisman Trophy finalist. Matt Moore had other plans.
Moore passed for
three touchdowns and Sabby Piscitelli had two interceptions as Oregon State
upset No. 24 Hawaii 35-32 on Saturday night.
The Beavers (9-4) snapped the Warriors' winning streak at nine and became the

Last time
Oregon State played...
Sept. 6, 2008 at State College, PA - Penn State 45, Oregon State
14
IF THEY HAD CUT the width of the field in half, that might have helped. But
Oregon State couldn't stop the runs out wide early by Penn State, falling into
an early 14-0 hole. That, missed blocks on the edge, missed tackles all over
the place, an offense that found little success up top early and a defense that
couldn't close the deal on third down all contributed to an ugly loss in Happy
Valley.
The final score
was 45-14. But that is almost immaterial to the lopsidedness -- early in the
fourth quarter, ABC actually switched games for most of their national audience...to
a game where the team ahead led by 22 points ... more
