NOT TOO OFTEN you see a league MVP at linebacker make the move to quarterback and again earn the league MVP award -- on offense this time -- all the while leading his team to a state finals berth. But Jason Harris out of Issaquah's Skyline High will do just that when the 6-foot-1 lefty takes the field in Washington's 4A title game for the second straight year this Saturday. Meanwhile on the recruiting front, things have changed for Harris with regard to Oregon State.
