OREGON STATE WILL SIGN a junior college defensive tackle as the mid year transfer signing period kicks off tomorrow. The 6-2, 290-pounder has an abundance of natural strength and power, according to one of his coaches. He's still learning his craft but his potential is decidely up there and perhaps best of all, he has 3-to-play-3 for Oregon State.
