USED TO BE in recruiting schools decided off of senior season tape and first hand looks during a guy's final prep season. Nowadays, many schools have most of their class verbally committed before fall camp starts. But there are still gems to be realized, and offered, based on that senior year and QB Jack Lomax -- who is having a tremendous senior campaign -- recently pulled in an OSU full ride.
