		By the staff of BF.C Date: Feb 3, 2009 OREGON STATE HAS closed with a fury over the final recruiting stretch drive, netting big verbals in the form of Michael Phillip, Markus Wheaton and others. The Beavs already have 25 known verbal commits plus two more that enrolled in January. But it looks like OSU might not be ready to call it a class just yet. As in previous years, could more Signing Day surprises be in the offering Wednesday?
