Biography:
As a third-year sophomore in 2005 he started every game and completed 57.3 percent of his passes for 2,891 yards, 24 touchdowns and 13 interceptions, placing him statistically among the best at his position in the Pac-10. His QB efficiency rating (140) was third in the conference behind USC’s Matt Leinart and UCLA’s Drew Olson. Set the sophomore record for passing yards, topping Ryan Leaf's 1996 campaign. Has thrown for more yards than WSU greats Leaf and Jason Gesser at the same point in their careers after two years. In his prep career, threw for more yards than anyone in Oregon history.
