Solid, all around tight end who can block and catch. One of the best tight ends Oregon State has had in a long time.
College:
did not participate in 2002 spring drills due to ACL surgery in December of 2001, but was ready to go in the fall...played in 11 games and was OSU's second leading receiver in 2001...particpated in 12 games on special teams in 2002...played for the basketball team during the 1999-00 season...was the first person to letter in basketball and football at OSU since Justin Moore in 1996...redshirted in 1999 as a tight end.
High School:
caught 12 passes for 225 yards and three touchdowns in a run oriented offense...also a great basketball player...averaged 15 points and 11 rebounds his senior year...also recruited by Purdue, Oregon, Colorado State, Stanford, Northwestern, and Washington. |
