College:
Jackson rushed for 200+ yards three times during the 2002 season and for an OSU record of 1656 regular season rushing yards. He also established himself as a pass-catching threat out of the backfield, catching 15 passes for 151 yards and two touchdowns.
High School:
Selected as the no. 1 prep player in Nevada by SuperPrep Magazine...Ranked by ESPN recruiting expert Tom Lemming as the 62nd best player in the nation and 14th best running back in the country...Had 2,764 yards (7.2 avg) and 34 touchdowns on 386 carries during his senior season...rushed for over 200 yards six times as a senior...had his jersey retired by his high school...also recruited by Arizona State, Colorado State, Kansas, Nebraska, Tennessee, Washington State, and UNLV. |
